Congrats to VITALIY AND ELENA VASILIEVA!

HUGE congrats to two of our past participants who has continued their spectacular pace of presenting work on a global scale. And, their hard work has paid off. One of their creative images has recently been sold at auction, through the one of the world’s most prestigious Auction Houses, Phillips de Pury and Company in London on October, 13th, 2011, for £5,000 (about $10,000)! Well, we knew when they presented their portfolios to the MODFA a few months ago for our July exhibition (they were already successful and well-known in art circles), that they were totally unique in their vision and approach. And so, Our intuition was right-on. They are truly 21st century artists whom the world of art collectors will continue to eye keenly in the months and years ahead. Way to go VITALIY AND ELENA VASILIEVA!

Both photographers will be participating at auctions in London, UK, (February 2012) and in NYC (March 2012). Also, a part of their M17 project in the Contemporary Art Center will be presented in early 2012 at Photo LA, at Art Basel and another show in Paris, France.
